Do I need to run fast?

No. Consistency matters more than speed. Running 4 times a week at 7:00/km gives you more points than a single fast run.

How does scoring work?

4 axes: consistency, volume, performance, missions. Always out of 1000. The league creator can choose a mode (Regularity, Balanced, Volume, or Performance) that redistributes points. Details on the scoring page.

Is it free?

Yes! The free version lets you create a league of 5 people. To unlock 10-person leagues, multi-leagues, scoring modes and custom photo: Premium at $2.99/month.

Does it work with my watch?

RunRival reads your runs from Apple Health. Any watch that syncs with Apple Health works (Apple Watch, Garmin, Polar, COROS...).

How many people per league?

5 on free, 10 on Premium. Premium members can be in multiple leagues at the same time.

Is my data safe?

Your running data stays on your iPhone (Apple Health). RunRival only stores aggregated statistics. See our privacy policy.
